Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of business immigration experience, either as a Paralegal or Immigration Specialist, with a preference for experience in O-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW cases. They must also demonstrate a strong understanding of US immigration laws and regulations, and be able to coordinate and schedule calls, consultations, and interviews.

Responsibilities

The Immigration Specialist will oversee all aspects of the US immigration process, including communicating with clients, gathering application documents, reviewing files, and submitting applications. They will ensure timely, accurate case completion, coordinate and schedule calls and consultations, deliver outstanding client service, maintain compliance with immigration laws, assess right-to-work requirements, process administrative tasks, liaise with local providers, audit and update mobility knowledge, provide support to EORs, manage the employment life-cycle for non-nationals, and work on special projects as assigned.
