Summary

The Immigration Specialist will manage all aspects of the LATAM immigration process. This role involves client communication, document collection, file review, and application submission. The specialist will handle a range of LATAM business immigration cases from start to finish, providing exceptional client service through timely and clear immigration support. Adherence to company-developed onboarding and processing workflows is required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate case completion, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule client calls, consultations, and interviews.
  • Deliver outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations in assigned countries, adhering to operational rules and RACI.
  • Assess right-to-work requirements.
  • Process immigration-related administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting immigration applications to local authorities.
  • Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments.
  • Audit, maintain, and update internal and external mobility-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide support to Employer of Record (EOR) entities and clients for mobility-related inquiries via all communication channels.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of mobility for non-nationals, including work authorization checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure the quality of mobility operations in assigned countries.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business immigration experience, either as a Paralegal or Immigration Specialist.
  • 1+ year of experience in LATAM immigration.
