Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of business immigration experience, either as a Paralegal or Immigration Specialist, and at least 1+ year of experience. They must demonstrate experience in processing immigration-related administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting applications to local authorities, and coordinating with local providers. Strong knowledge of relevant immigration laws and regulations, operational rules, and RACI is required, as well as the ability to follow company-developed onboarding and processing workflows.

Responsibilities

The Immigration Specialist will oversee all aspects of the LATAM immigration process, communicating with clients, gathering application documents, reviewing files, and submitting applications. They will be responsible for managing the entire mobility lifecycle for non-nationals, including work authorization checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations. Additionally, they will provide industry-leading service to clients through clear communication, proactively manage cases, ensure timely completion, and maintain compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
