The Role

Redfin is expanding our nearshore developer program and is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to be based remotely in Latin or South America.

As a Full Stack Developer on the Agreements to Close Experience (ACE) Team, you’ll work on our fully unified and guided home buying and selling experience for our agents and customers when they sign, incorporating AI Tools to close fast.

Responsibilities

• Work on both front end and back end features, including mobile app through React-Native
• Develop new features and enhance new features, including building out AI tools for our Redfin agents
• Support backlog and maintenance efforts

About You

• You have 3+ years of industry experience designing, architecting and developing full-stack applications, working on both front and back-end features.
• You have 3+ years experience developing in Java, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Relational Database, and SQL.
• You have a proven track record of participating in multi-person technical projects from concept to implementation to production, and can speak to the impact for the customer.
• You have excellent communication skills which allow you to share ideas, progress, and updates at all levels of your team and other parts of the organization.
• You are a proven team player who understands how to collaborate, present alternative ideas, and build consensus.
