Responsibilities

  • Ensuring and maintaining compliance in assigned countries in accordance with relevant immigration laws and regulations, operational rules, and RACI.
  • Contributing to mobility product planning and scoping.
  • Participating in the initial levels of mobility interviews.
  • Managing daily tasks related to EORs, such as assessing right-to-work requirements and submitting immigration applications to local authorities.
  • Liaising with local providers and government authorities to provide solutions to complex immigration matters.
  • Providing support to EORs and clients for mobility-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels.
  • Managing the entire employment life-cycle for non-nationals, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensuring the quality of mobility operations in the assigned countries.
  • Working on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with immigration.
  • Ideally a law degree or similar field, or paralegal experience.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Strong knowledge of key immigration categories.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to find solutions under pressure.
  • Thoughtful people management and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes.
