Requirements

  • Expertise in immigration laws and regulations, particularly for Australia (OMARA compliance)
  • Knowledge of global mobility, tax, legal, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions
  • Experience with EORs (Employer of Record), right-to-work assessments, and immigration applications
  • Ability to manage complex immigration matters and liaise with local providers and government authorities
  • Strong communication skills for client service, consultations, and proactive case management
  • Capacity to handle full mobility lifecycle (work authorization, visas, renewals, cancellations)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, accurate case completion in alignment with SLAs and internal quality standards
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in calls, consultations, and interviews
  • Deliver outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management
  • Ensure and maintain compliance in assigned country with relevant immigration laws, regulations, operational rules, and RACI
  • Contribute to mobility product planning and scoping
  • Manage daily tasks related to EORs, such as assessing right-to-work requirements and submitting immigration applications to local authorities
  • Liaise with local providers and government authorities to provide solutions to complex immigration matters
  • Provide support to EORs and clients for mobility-related questions or concerns through all communication channels
  • Manage the entire mobility lifecycle for non-nationals, including work authorization checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure the quality of mobility operations in assigned countries
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Maintain compliance with OMARA requirements
