Requirements

  • Graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred)
  • Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Think-cell a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate consolidation and delivery of management reporting requirements
  • Assist in the design and development of intuitive and effective financial reporting packages
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs to management, using data visualization techniques to enhance clarity and impact
  • Continuously enhance FP&A processes, systems, and reporting using data visualization tools, to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis
  • Support our transformation of our billing process to overseas operations
  • Maintain and continually develop strong internal controls over all management reporting processes
  • Build relationships with internal and external business unit customers and work to exceed customer expectations for reporting and analysis
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis and data visualization
  • Other duties as assigned
