Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent working experience
  • 5-7 years of overall experience with IAM topics
  • Deep experience with one core pillar of IAM: Identity and Access Governance, PAM, or Access Management
  • Working knowledge of at least one leading IAM product or technology (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, PingIdentity, Okta, EntraID)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to build and maintain client and vendor relationships and support business development
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written (fluency in French is an advantage)
  • Hands-on approach, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, independent work style, and willingness for frequent travel

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients' Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and develop optimization strategies
  • Implement solutions in IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, Identity Analytics, and Enterprise Access
  • Manage IAM projects end-to-end from planning to execution
  • Develop IAM strategies and stay ahead of emerging IAM trends (e.g., passwordless, identity for agentic AI, identity security posture management)
  • Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
  • Help acquire new client projects
