Requirements

  • 2 years prior work experience as a warehouse worker or operations technician

Responsibilities

  • Support operational teams and ICQA Leader in defect resolution focused on inventory in stored locations
  • Audit and resolve defects within assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Research and document root causes of defects for follow-up and improvement of inventory accuracy
  • Work safely and promote a safe workplace while responding to defects using powered equipment
  • Perform weekly audits and collaborate/communicate findings and resolution steps with ICQA Leader and operational leaders
  • Utilize lean approaches, six sigma tools, and 5S techniques to drive workplace cleanliness and defect documentation for root cause analysis
  • Use problem-solving skills to correct inventory record inaccuracies and conduct follow-up audits
  • Address inaccuracies impeding operational teams from picking product to prevent downstream order cancellations
  • Manage multiple priorities and processes while providing service above and beyond basics
  • Anticipate leaders' needs, proactively solve problems, uphold Target’s values, and demonstrate poise, professionalism, and leadership
