Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with Medical, Marketing, and Value & Access capabilities, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As the IBU IVA Product Owner, you will define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value delivery. You will oversee end-to-end Product Backlog management, collaborate with the team to realize backlog items, finalise product increments, and organise effective product releases. Furthermore, you will coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to shape the product vision and roadmap, and lead Product Discovery initiatives to validate problems and identify opportunities.
