Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate difficult stakeholder management situations and work in complex organizations
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted partner
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IAM business analysis, engineering or consultancy
  • Proven experience in managing teams and stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in IAM project/program management
  • Experience with business development and/or sales
  • Knowledge of Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity) or Privileged Access Management (CyberArk)
  • Certifications in SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity
  • Certifications in CyberArk
  • PRINCE2 / ITIL / PMP
  • SABSA or TOGAF frameworks
  • CISSP

Responsibilities

  • Manage Identity Governance programs and projects based on SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity
  • Manage Privileged Access programs or projects based on CyberArk
  • Coordinate and brainstorm with various stakeholders to translate business questions into technical implementations
  • Lead technical teams in the implementation of large-scale IAM transformations
  • Provide expert advice on IGA or PAM best practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients in the Netherlands
  • Guide and coach IAM colleagues to make them successful in IAM projects
  • Maintain relationships with SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity or CyberArk
  • Ensure compliance with security standards
  • Support IAM-related business development activities
