Responsibilities

Perform various tasks, from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations
Use visual aids, methods layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow charts, and written or oral assembly instructions
Set up initial layouts and use various tools to prepare products
Conduct continuity checks on work in progress and completed work
Perform quality inspections on processing production lines according to quality specifications
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype components and sub-components according to specifications and analogous conditions
Set up and operate fully automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in continuous production/processing operations
Report any machine malfunctions or abnormalities and propose higher-level suggestions and/or adjustments to methods and processes
Handle product shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage in a distribution center
Execute basic activities and record data in production/manufacturing operations or distribution centers according to defined standards
Provide data and information with minor variations based on review
