Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • 5 to 8 years of experience (job title specifies); 3–5 years’ experience in data management and analysis, reporting and insights role
  • Strong knowledge of consumer data management practices (quality, harmonization, mapping) with direct application to marketing datasets
  • Hands-on expertise in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for building dashboards, reporting KPIs, and presenting insights
  • Well versed with governance reporting and insight delivery related to data quality checks
  • Proficiency with Digital marketing tooling (CRM database, E-commerce platforms, Google Analytics etc) and cataloguing and governance tools (Collibra, Purview, SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with marketing and insights teams
  • Knowledge of data management principles and data profiling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with automation or scripting for marketing data quality checks
  • Knowledge of secure data handling and regulatory compliance in consumer data
  • Exposure to working across multiple markets or global marketing operations

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze consumer and market data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust QA practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities
  • Optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution
  • Break down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps
  • Analyze consumer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that strengthen CRM, campaign performance, and marketing outcomes
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI (or similar tools) to track marketing performance
