Requirements

  • BE/BTech qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals (supply planning, inventory & invoice management)
  • Proficiency in Excel with VBA & reporting skills
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with automotive or aerospace supply chains (preferred)
  • Knowledge of vendor risk management practices (preferred)
  • Python and Power BI, Database management (preferred)
  • Maximo & Blue data connect knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Execute invoice processing and automation with analytical tool to support operational decision-making
  • Perform Invoice management activities including performing vetting checks, fixed repair, quantity & price analysis
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment
  • Generate operational and performance reports & dashboards using Power BI/Excel
  • Provide insights through data analysis to improve planning efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in planning systems
