Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field, 5+ years of related experience, 3+ years with WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM Sewer Edition or comparable software, and working knowledge of GIS.
