Requirements

Ability to sweep and clean assigned areas of the mill and sign off when completed
Assist with ingredients: unloading of rail car/trucks and placing in warehouse
Perform grounds keeping duties including landscaping, use of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, sweep, mop, pull weeds, shovel, and rake
Use and maintain air driver equipment like blow guns to assist in cleaning activities
Ability to use high pressure water hoses to wash down and clean areas of the feed mill
Ability to use PIT, pallet jacks, and forklift to move pallets of ingredients
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet, and cold environments with heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on production needs
Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb ladder/stairs, and sustain physical activity throughout the day
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be safe and observe all of Tyson's policies and procedures
Follow and operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
