Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in employee relations, organizational design, and performance management
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Deep understanding of California and multi-state employment law
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
