Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management is required, along with the ability to interpret and administer HR policies. Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing is also necessary.
This HRBP will provide consultation and support to management and employees on employee relations issues, including progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and investigations. The role involves managing union relations at the Aberdeen facility, coaching local management on performance through people, participating in candidate evaluation, managing HRIS for two locations, training administrative and management personnel, and coordinating with other HR functions and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective service delivery. Additionally, the position will support organizational change efforts and analyze plant HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
