Requirements

Must be currently pursuing a Masters or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Psychology or Human-Machine Interaction
Previous experience in conducting quantitative studies/experiments
Previous experience in working with eye-tracking devices
Previous experience in collecting and processing physiological data in a lab, in particular heart rate, heart rate variability, or skin conductance
Basic level of understanding cognitive functions and cognitive neuropsychology, in particular attention and executive functions
Previous experience in preparing data sets for statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS, Stata, etc
Attention to details
Responsibility and sense of ownership

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Human Factors team, as well as with software engineers, product designers and test pilots
Help design systems that allow human operators to supervise safely and efficiently multiple aircraft simultaneously
Collect data in our autonomy lab using various tools and methods, including: eye tracking, subjective workload scales, heart rate, and more
Plan the evaluations with test subjects
Process the data
Participate in the implementation of improvements
