Requirements
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs, along with a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices. Experience with data migration, mapping, list segmentation, and content/campaign management is required, as are excellent communication and organizational skills. HubSpot certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
The HubSpot Specialist will lead HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients, and streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's automation tools. They will also create and manage marketing content, segment lists for lead nurturing, configure sales pipelines, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure effective implementation. Additionally, they will conduct tests to improve processes and conversion rates, import data into HubSpot CRM, and analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.
