4–5 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday HRIS
Experience with large-scale HRIS/HCM implementations, ideally in a global environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships
A holistic understanding of enterprise systems structures and HR processes
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
Project management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Provide Workday front-end support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR users
Assist with configuration and maintenance across Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learning, Absences, and Reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and recommend Workday solutions, policies, and process improvements that enhance user experience and efficiency
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; develop workflow rules, data validations, and customizations
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM platform and share expertise with other team members
Stay current with HR industry trends, best practices, and new Workday features; implement improvements where appropriate
Ensure system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements
Maintain change documentation and training materials for HR systems and processes
Proactively identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and day-to-day operations
Lead other HRIS-related systems projects, such as UKG Dimensions and external payroll system integrations
Monitor and triage interface issues with third-party vendor solutions as needed
Participate in future Workday implementation phases (Payroll, Benefits, Absences) and Workday releases
