Requirements

Located in Pune (Yerwada) and able to work from office 5 days a week
Available for a 6-month contract role (with potential conversion based on performance)

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction coordination
Ensure timely processing of confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities
Drive process consistency and compliance across all employee lifecycle activities
Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms to ensure up-to-date and accurate employee data
Generate, analyze, and present HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance)
Liaise with the payroll team to provide accurate inputs (new joiners, exits, leave, deductions, variable pay)
Verify payroll output and support employee queries related to compensation and benefits
Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements)
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax)
Assist in policy revisions, process documentation, and SOP updates
Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and processes
Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and reduce turnaround time
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
Ensure high accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery standards across all HR operations
