Ability to manage monthly UK payroll process, including providing accurate information on starters, leavers, maternity, promotions, transfers, flex benefit selection, and ensuring accuracy by reviewing drafts and addressing queries
Experience working closely with Payroll, Finance, and external colleagues to secure approvals and resolve issues
Knowledge of annual P11D submission process
Proficiency in managing benefits delivery, including liaising with benefits brokers for company benefits (Life, GIP, Medical), pension uploads, and flexible benefits processes
Skills in handling invoicing processes, including referencing checks, purchase orders, and supplier relationships
Familiarity with contractor management systems like Worksome and Workday for setting up contracts, managing extensions, and ensuring IT access
Expertise in HR database management (Workday), maintaining accurate employee records for holiday, sickness, SOX requirements, and responding to data requests
Strong organizational skills for maintaining confidential filing systems and managing HR mailbox
Responsibilities
Manage the monthly UK payroll process, keeping DHR updated, providing accurate payroll information, reviewing drafts, addressing queries, collaborating with Payroll and Finance, and responding to employee queries
Manage annual P11D submission process
Act as point person for IPG benefits delivery, liaising with benefits broker for company benefits queries and annual broking, managing pension uploads and queries, and handling flexible benefits processes including monthly changes, system reviews, and annual enrolment
Manage department invoicing for benefits, legal fees, etc., ensuring purchase orders, timely processing, and good supplier relationships; lead business processes for forms, costs, and monitoring
Act as point of contact for UK contractors via Worksome, engaging with managers on contracts and extensions, setting up/managing contracts, resolving issues, managing Workday records for IT access, running extension processes, and contributing to global reporting
Manage HR database (Workday) for accurate, timely employee record updates (holiday, sickness, SOX), resolve system issues with HR Shared Services, maintain confidential filing, and respond to data requests (compensation review, finance, tax, statutory)
