Responsibilities

Coordinar el equipo de PR Hub (Purchase Request), centralizando las solicitudes de compra para Recursos Humanos a nivel regional
Optimizar la eficiencia operativa y garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPIs
Ser el punto de referencia para el cliente, resolviendo errores e implementando mejoras en los procesos
Gestionar situaciones escaladas
Participar activamente en la planificación estratégica y en la optimización de procesos operacionales
