Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles in a multi-state environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Payroll Time Tracking & absence management in a multi-state setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica (no sponsorship)
  • Ability to work onsite on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (additional days as needed)

  • Advanced Excel knowledge with experience in macros and basic analytics

Responsibilities

  • Manage time-tracking & absence: Enter and correct time entries and produce time files for US payroll, providing support to multiple sites across US (may include other countries)
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding time and attendance via email and ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Collaboration with Payroll: Work closely with the payroll department and HR partners to ensure timekeeping & absence data is accurate and up to date for timely payroll processing
  • Hiring Process Assistance: Support the HR team by assisting with the hiring process, including entering critical information into employee profiles in ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now and ensuring data accuracy
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update essential employee information in ADP, maintaining workforce data integrity
  • Integration Monitoring: Regularly monitor integration errors between Workday and ADP, troubleshooting issues for seamless data flow
  • Employee Life Cycle Support: Collaborate with the Employee Life Cycle team to resolve master data-related issues throughout the employee journey
  • HRBP Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Timekeepers regarding time and attendance inquiries, HR processes, and general questions
  • Understanding of Hire to Retire Processes: Maintain comprehensive understanding to support employee and organizational needs
  • Short Term Disability and Leaves: Monitor leaves notifications from third parties and process time entries and events on Workday
  • Time-Off balances: Update Time off balances following approved processes and policies
