Requirements

Candidates should have UK & IRE payroll experience and a strong understanding of statutory and taxation rules, with proven experience in ensuring efficient, accurate payroll processing. Experience in HR shared services, HR administration, and payroll management is required, along with advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel. Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritization, writing, and language skills are essential, as is the ability to perform well under pressure. CIPD qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The HR & Payroll Administrator will coordinate, collate, and process monthly UK payroll administration, ensuring accurate and real-time data entry into the global HRIS. Responsibilities include preparing and checking monthly payroll import data, assisting with employee benefits and payroll administration for joiners and leavers, and managing employee onboarding administration. The role involves handling daily HR inquiries, creating and maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll processes, attending HR meetings, conducting employment and right-to-work checks, processing leavers, and facilitating social committee meetings. Additionally, the administrator will manage benefits administration and respond to reference requests.
