The role involves handling daily HR inquiries, creating and maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll processes, attending HR meetings, conducting employment and right-to-work checks, processing leavers, and facilitating social committee meetings. Additionally, the administrator will manage benefits administration and respond to reference requests.
