Requirements

HR professional experience, ideally looking to build strategic advisory skills
Ability to partner with senior leaders in a large matrix environment
Strong understanding of employee interests, aspirations, and Accenture’s business
Skills in honest, transparent conversations with compassion and empathy
Knowledge of HR policy, procedures, and best practices
Proficiency with Workday for personnel changes and transactions
Experience in geographic/entity-specific guidelines for compensation and salary administration

Responsibilities

Serve as HR point of contact for assigned business group, providing generalist support in orientation, employee relations, performance achievement, staffing, and career development
Support timely resolution of people issues
Advise Leadership and People Leads on HR policy, procedures, and best practice
Manage ongoing performance achievement, annual compensation, and salary administration according to geographic/entity guidelines
Drive performance feedback processes, including guidance on delivering/receiving feedback and supporting career management discussions (CMDs)
Support People Leads and Supervisors in career development, ensuring objectives are set and managing career plans/individual training needs
Update personnel changes (e.g., location transfers, entity transfers, workforce transfers) in Workday from request through implementation
Support implementation of people programs, projects, and initiatives
Maintain and present attrition/retention statistics, headcount, and exit data
Manage and lead ER matters, including sickness absence, poor performance, terminations, disciplinary, and grievance issues
Build relationships with Business Leads to understand business challenges, skills, and capabilities
Proactively build relationships with employees to understand skills, experience, role preferences, career aspirations, and provide ongoing coaching
Manage new joiner and transferred employees’ staffing process and orientation
