Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to employees, responding to inquiries via chat and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
Maintain, document, and update operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support the Team Lead in monitoring the performance and daily operational activities
Track and follow up on topics that have operational impact, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Manage recurring, calendar-based monthly processes, ensuring consistency and quality
Act as a partner to the Manager to ensure process quality within the team and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth operations and maintain a high standard of service delivery
