Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments is strongly preferred. A solid understanding of federal and state employment laws is required, with global exposure being a plus. The ideal candidate will be skilled at writing clear communications, designing lightweight and scalable processes, adapting quickly to change, and proactively problem-solving. Familiarity with HR tech, including potential HRIS implementation or transition experience, is also desired.
The HR Generalist will own and maintain HR policies covering time off, leave, employment, and compensation, ensuring global HR compliance. They will help design and roll out performance and compensation management programs, conduct market benchmarking for compensation, and design and manage employee engagement programs. Additionally, they will create manager support resources, optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability, monitor evolving needs, adjust tools and processes accordingly, and evaluate and manage vendor relationships.
