Candidates are required to have 3-5 years of professional HR experience in an international, high-volume, and fast-paced environment, along with relevant HR qualifications and certifications as a valuable asset. Fluency in English and Bulgarian languages is essential, and proficiency in Romanian is considered a plus. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach are also necessary for resolving complex HR issues.
The HR Experience Specialist will serve as the in-house HR expert for Bulgaria, managing the entire employee lifecycle for EOR employees, including onboarding, off-boarding, and benefits administration. They will provide a high level of support to EOR employees, act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, deliver a high-touch local experience where required, collaborate with product and operations teams, and provide administrative support such as report generation and employment verification letters.
