Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR or event coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support engagement activities such as quarterly happy hours, sports day, sports community programs, and community care events (60%)
  • Coordinate and implement DE&I programs such as Women Leaders of Abbott, Mothers’ Nursing Rooms, Diversity talks, and other strategic initiatives
  • Partner with internal key stakeholders, teams, and vendors to ensure successful execution of events
  • Support communication and logistics for programs to maximize employee involvement
  • Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement programs
  • Ensure programs are implemented in accordance with company practice and reinforce company EVP and core values
  • Manage budgets related to employee engagement and HR activities (20%)
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and compliance with company financial policies
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Country HR Director and HR activities (20%)
  • Prepare reports, maintain HR documentation, and handle correspondence as needed
