Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in HR or event coordination preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
Detail-oriented, comfortable and effective working with numbers and Excel sheets

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support engagement activities such as quarterly happy hours, sports day, sports community programs, and community care events (60%)
Coordinate and implement DE&I programs such as Women Leaders of Abbott, Mothers’ Nursing Rooms, Diversity talks, and other strategic initiatives
Partner with internal key stakeholders, teams, and vendors to ensure successful execution of events
Support communication and logistics for programs to maximize employee involvement
Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement programs
Ensure programs are implemented in accordance with company practice and reinforce company EVP and core values
Manage budgets related to employee engagement and HR activities (20%)
Ensure timely processing of payments and compliance with company financial policies
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Country HR Director and HR activities (20%)
Prepare reports, maintain HR documentation, and handle correspondence as needed
