Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in HR or employment and labor law, with a strong preference for global experience and specialization in compliance. They should be adept at identifying and anticipating requirements, building new processes, and demonstrating the direct impact of their work. Strong consultation and advisory skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The HR Compliance Program Lead will be responsible for maintaining compliance with country, state, and local employment laws and HR policies within the APAC region. This includes partnering with Legal and other HR teams to track legislation, translate legal obligations into actionable processes, develop and implement audit processes and internal controls, and manage mandatory HR compliance training. The role also involves establishing reporting governance and maintaining documentation systems.
