  • Ability to support HR team in employment matters (e.g., case management, terminations, redundancies, demobilisation)
  • Skills in preparing accurate and timely reports (e.g., recruitment, new starters, monthly HR reports, turnover)
  • Capacity to support development and implementation of HR and business initiatives
  • Proficiency in accurate and timely maintenance/updating of HR systems, documentation, files, forms, and records, ensuring legal compliance and best practices
  • Ability to organize HR events and assist in organisational development & training coordination

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HR Coordination activities efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner to meet business needs
  • Build effective relationships with the business and provide coaching & guidance on procedures/processes for customer-focused HR service delivery and manage expectations
  • Manage multiple/conflicting priorities efficiently, multi-task effectively, be resilient and solutions-driven to deliver results in challenging situations
  • Deliver HR Coordination for Recruitment & Resourcing including pre-employment checks, approvals, internal transfers, interstate/international mobility, candidate management, and liaison
  • Coordinate onboarding for all new starters and support hiring managers as required
  • Support the HR Team in all employment matters including case management, terminations, redundancies, demobilisation
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports including recruitment, new starters, monthly HR Report, and turnover
  • Support the development and implementation of HR and other business initiatives as required
  • Maintain and update accurately and timely all Project HR Systems, documentation, files, forms, and records, ensuring legal compliance and best practice standards
  • Responsible for HR event organisation, assist organisational development & training, and coordination
