  • Knowledge of HR databases including SAP and Workday would be advantageous
  • Ability to work hybrid, minimum 2 days on-site per week in London, UK

Responsibilities

  • Managing the visa application process, alongside immigration partners, ensuring processes and procedures comply with stringent Home Office rules and regulations, recommending changes as necessary
  • Acting as first point of contact for all transfers and international assignees or new hire situations following offer/deal brokered, organising visas, engaging Global Mobility as required
  • In partnership with HR Business Partners, advising employees on ILM’s benefits and relevant policies including maternity/paternity/shared parental/adoption leave processes and procedures, tracking all information and providing reports and updates as necessary
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll process ensuring the tracker is completed fully with all relevant employee changes relating to benefits and other leave, including parental leave
  • Collaborating with HR Coordinator and HR Assistant with processing the related benefits administration, in addition to fielding related queries coming into the HR enquiries inbox, escalating to HR Business Partners as required
  • Supporting the studio’s overall people and business agenda by undertaking specific HR projects as required
  • Providing comprehensive immigration and visa application support services to relevant studio population, ensuring migrant workers maintain legal status to work in the UK
  • Administration, management and application of key disciplines including Global Mobility and Employee Benefits
