Requirements

B.S or M.S. degree in a related software engineering field
7+ years prior experience in software QA testing
Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI (highly desirable)
Experience in HPC or AI software development testing environments (a plus)
Knowledge of HPC, AI, and related software components
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across a geographically distributed cross-functional team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to use Jira, Confluence, and related software
Skills in Python, AI Testing, CI/CD Pipeline, Kubernetes

Responsibilities

Create and document detailed test plans, collaborating with software engineers and management as needed
Test software components according to written test plans
Track software defects and effectively communicate failures to software engineers
Review engineering requirements, test plans, and test cases for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Conduct QA audits to identify improvements and apply corrective measures
Ensure that all software delivered meets quality expectations
Drive QA initiatives
Produce test plan documentation
Validate software that spans multiple areas including development tools, operating systems, and related HPC and AI software stack components
