Requirements

Advanced subject matter expertise in HPC/AI, including deep knowledge of hardware platforms, HPC/AI software infrastructure, and solution development
Specialized knowledge in particular products/areas within the company’s global business units
Ability to apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Experience leading and/or providing expertise to functional project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and providing direction/guidance on process improvements and policies
Strong skills in technical consulting, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on interacting with IT managers, administrators, specialists, customers, sales teams, R&D, product groups, marketing, external partners, and stakeholders
Ability to exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies to determine best methods for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
Capability to mentor and guide lower-level employees

Responsibilities

Define, architect, develop, and support the sales process for HPC/AI technology and solutions as part of the APAC/India HPC/AI group
Perform HPC/AI Presales tasks as a team member of the APAC/India HPC/AI Presales team
Conduct solution architecting, system configuration, technical consulting, presentation delivery, and sales support for general AI and HPC areas
Participate in deep-dive discussions, evaluate customers' current business needs and desired end-state infrastructure solutions, translate technical views into implementation views, and determine steps to meet complex technical requirements
Deliver in-depth comparative analysis of alternative proposals to meet complex technical solution requirements
Maintain excellent communication with customers, focusing on IT managers, administrators, and specialists
Use pipeline insights to prioritize high-potential deal pursuit activities with appropriate resource investment and communicate tangible offer value regarding financial return and business goals to the account team
Provide direction and guidance to improve processes and establish policies
Work with partners to identify gaps, address needs, and accelerate channel business
Assess the impact of new technologies on the company's technical landscape
