Ability to work primarily days (Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays (80 hours/2 weeks)
Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
Ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
High School or GED equivalent (preferred)
One to three months related experience in linen and housekeeping (preferred)

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean/neat environment in assigned areas including patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby areas
Participate in all cleaning activities as assigned, including dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture, and emptying trash
Keep assigned areas fully stocked with supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc
Maintain stock on individual cleaning carts including wet and dry supplies
Maintain good customer relations at all times
Sort, wash, and accurately deliver linens (may include)

Maintain confidentiality
