Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on hotel systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Conduct preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and maintain property standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair guest room issues, including lighting, fixtures, and furniture
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and repairs
  • Assist with property improvements, renovations, and special projects as assigned
  • Ensure safety compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, reporting any needs to management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
