Responsibilities

Chemotherapy Infusion Essential Duties - Assessment: Collect, chart, and relay patient health data (baseline history/physical, visit-specific data like chief complaint/vital signs/height/weight/pain/tolerance, yearly screenings, ensure comprehensive charts/physician orders/documentation, response to therapies)
Diagnosis: Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses, problems, and goals; provide triage for telephone calls, emergent visits, emergencies with provider input
Outcome Identification: Identify expected outcomes/goals individualized to the patient, including prioritization for timely client flow and routine attendance
