Requirements

Registered Nurse with current license in state of employment (additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas)
Minimum one year nursing experience (IV-related experience a plus)
Current CPR certification
Valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
RN Diploma, Associates, or B.S. degree in nursing

Responsibilities

Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes
Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment
Use clinical IV experience to assist patients in recovering in the comfort of their own home
Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners using excellent written and verbal customer service skills
