Responsibilities

负责HOK手游产品节点运营工作，统筹各产品商业化设计与运营、活跃运营、版本管理和用户管理等各模块在核心节点的工作。
负责参与相关产品运营期的研发工作，根据各阶段运营目标与需求，规划跟进相关产品运营功能/运营活动的设计、开发迭代和验收。
负责制定项目目标，跟进资源投放与执行，协同市场、社群、区域等，形成合力共同达成项目目标。
负责游戏节点各项数据分析，根据游戏数据、游戏内容投放节奏和用户反馈，调整优化运营计划。
负责重要运营节点统筹，协同市场、区域和研发输出运营规划，对节点运营资源进行规划和协调，并协助各模块执行落地并对效果进行监控分析。
