Requirements
- 本科以上学历，5年以上游戏运营相关经验，有MOBA经验者优先。
- 对游戏运营商业化/活动/数据多个运营模块有深入涉及和主导经历。
- 具备较深刻的游戏理解或游戏设计经验，对数据、用户和市场有敏锐认知和总结能力。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，使命感与自驱力强，具有良好的沟通协作、资源协调能力。
- 具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
Responsibilities
- 负责HOK手游产品节点运营工作，统筹各产品商业化设计与运营、活跃运营、版本管理和用户管理等各模块在核心节点的工作。
- 负责参与相关产品运营期的研发工作，根据各阶段运营目标与需求，规划跟进相关产品运营功能/运营活动的设计、开发迭代和验收。
- 负责制定项目目标，跟进资源投放与执行，协同市场、社群、区域等，形成合力共同达成项目目标。
- 负责游戏节点各项数据分析，根据游戏数据、游戏内容投放节奏和用户反馈，调整优化运营计划。
- 负责重要运营节点统筹，协同市场、区域和研发输出运营规划，对节点运营资源进行规划和协调，并协助各模块执行落地并对效果进行监控分析。
