Candidates need a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position preferably in an industrial environment, strong knowledge of HR development, recruitment, and training processes, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in French and English.
