Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR development, recruitment, and training processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, plan, and lead training needs in coordination with departments and management
  • Implement the annual training plan, manage logistics, track evaluations, and oversee certification/re-certification processes
  • Manage internal trainers, external partnerships, and documentation
  • Lead the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, validation) for IS, DH, and IH profiles, in collaboration with managers and management
  • Supervise the onboarding of new hires and ensure an effective integration journey in coordination with managers and buddies
  • Develop and update organizational charts and job descriptions
  • Actively contribute to transversal HR projects and support operational initiatives within the HR department
  • Monitor performance indicators related to hiring, training, and HR processes to support continuous improvement and site performance (SQDIPK)
