Be able to work a varied shift to include weekends, holidays, and evenings

Responsibilities

Work with chemicals
Prepare and collect tableware and soiled pots for washing and re-racking
Drain and fill tanks
Responsible for removal of garbage
Mop and sweep floor, operate buffer and vacuum machines, use ladders (8 feet and 10 feet)
Clean out dish machine and de-liming process
Maintain elevators, ceilings, hoods, AC grills, light covers etc. up to Health Regulation Standards
