Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent or one year of work experience
- One year of prior relevant experience preferred
- Be able to work a varied shift to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
Responsibilities
- Work with chemicals
- Prepare and collect tableware and soiled pots for washing and re-racking
- Drain and fill tanks
- Responsible for removal of garbage
- Mop and sweep floor, operate buffer and vacuum machines, use ladders (8 feet and 10 feet)
- Clean out dish machine and de-liming process
- Maintain elevators, ceilings, hoods, AC grills, light covers etc. up to Health Regulation Standards
