Field Service Maintenance Technician

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, or hold a technical certification or associate’s degree, demonstrating a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required, along with the ability to obtain a forklift license and willingness to work in all weather conditions. The ability to handle loads up to 55 lbs and maneuver around/crawl under equipment is also necessary.
As a Heavy Equipment Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of machinery, including diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems, both in the shop and in the field. You will perform planned maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly, collaborate with the Service Manager and other departments to meet customer needs, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and utilize computers and communication tools to document repairs. Furthermore, you will deliver top-tier service with expertise, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset, while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
