Responsibilities

  • Test new technology to enhance customer experience
  • Educate, demonstrate, and train hear.com patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from devices
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Close interaction with the Customer Sales Team
  • Collect learnings and share knowledge with the biggest independent network of audiologists
