Responsibilities

Promptly review and respond to incoming VOB requests from healthcare facilities
Complete and return VOBs to meet urgent processing requirements
Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, in-network status, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external facilities to ensure accurate understanding of insurance benefits
