Requirements

• Proven Experience: Experience in healthcare coordination or a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multitasking & Detail: Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with insurance portals, ClickUp (CRM), and WebPT (EMR) or similar platforms.
• Empathy & Understanding: Empathy and understanding when dealing with patients and their healthcare needs.
• Sales & Persuasion: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to explain and sell therapy services effectively.
