Responsibilities

Monitor and update HSE KPIs (incidents, near-misses, audits)
Support risk assessments and implement preventive measures
Manage documentation (risk evaluations, policies, management systems)
Participate in safety awareness campaigns and internal training
Assist with audit preparation and internal review materials
Update internal HSE procedures and training programs
Prepare materials for external access procedures on campus
Coordinate logistics for the “Behind The Wheel” driving safety course
Join internal meetings and calls with Global HSE (in English)
Help select the safe driving school for 2026
Analyze near-miss incidents
Publish monthly HSE newsletters
