Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update HSE KPIs (incidents, near-misses, audits)
  • Support risk assessments and implement preventive measures
  • Manage documentation (risk evaluations, policies, management systems)
  • Participate in safety awareness campaigns and internal training
  • Assist with audit preparation and internal review materials
  • Update internal HSE procedures and training programs
  • Prepare materials for external access procedures on campus
  • Coordinate logistics for the “Behind The Wheel” driving safety course
  • Join internal meetings and calls with Global HSE (in English)
  • Help select the safe driving school for 2026
  • Analyze near-miss incidents
  • Publish monthly HSE newsletters
