Health Educator at Elevance Health

For candidates working in person or virtually in Colorado, the salary range for this position is $26.86 to $42.21.

This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

The position requires a BA/BS in an appropriate field of specialization and a minimum of 2 years of related experience in direct care health education, exercise instruction, or patient education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred experience includes health coaching, disease management in a call center environment, patient education, behavior change techniques, and a strong understanding of disease management principles. Certification or advanced certification appropriate to the field is also preferred.

The work hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 9:30pm EST.
