Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure
3+ years of clinical experience in Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, telehealth and/or Oncology
Associate Degree required (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 3-5 years clinical experience preferred)
Reliable phone and hard-wired internet service for work at home
Secure and private HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Availability for 05:00 PM – 1:30 AM EST shift (8 hours per day), every other weekend, and 4 holidays per year
Reachable via phone, videoconference, and email during work hours
Personal responsibilities (including dependent care) must not interfere with work duties
Proficient in multisystem navigation (using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously)
Effective multitasker (talking and typing concurrently while managing responsibilities)
Basic technical troubleshooting (set up hardware like monitors/keyboards and resolve common issues)
Experienced in electronic documentation and virtual collaboration tools
Highly organized, results-oriented, and metric-driven (meet/exceed goals)

Responsibilities

Utilize collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Engage, educate, and promote/influence members' decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status
Work from home adhering to all work at home requirements
Follow work schedules determined by leader based on business needs
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Meet performance metrics and goals
Be available and responsive during work hours as directed by leader
