Embodies principles of extreme ownership with a demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing delivery or engagement teams
Demonstrable experience managing critical activities of teams and consistently delivering complex data solutions in challenging scenarios
Player-coach (not a spectator) and forward-deployed captain
Extreme self-discipline and determination, suited for category creation and evangelism phase (not a siloed people manager)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Scientific Business Analysts and Scientific Data Architects
Establish TetraScience as the Scientific Data and AI thought leader with Life Science customers
Develop and execute a comprehensive scientific delivery motion to drive faster time-to-value, high customer satisfaction, and meet annual renewal targets
Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Work closely with product teams to drive scientific business outcomes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, positioning TetraScience as a thought leader in the markets
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while expanding your network within the accounts
Lead by example and coach your team to develop in their careers and inspire them to do the best work of their life
Employ analytical and EQ skills to generate insights from customers’ data strategies and actions
Travel to customer locations frequently, dependent on account and team needs
Collaborate with counterparts to drive successful delivery of value for EMEA implementations, ensure renewals, and assist in expansions
